Discussed their start in Temecula and then Expanding to Lake Elsinore. Nov 2024 Merged
with MSA, to bring all under one umbrella, to keep from infighting between clubs.Took over
elite programs, MLS next, etc.
Recreation is at the heart of their program, without rec there is no buy in. They don't want
club to impede in on recreation.
Answered his own question that Murrieta or Temecula teams will not play in Lake Elsinore
129 Club teams, 24 are elite teams. They are doing the team set up for most club teams to
be based on the city in which hey live. Thinking about the players in regard to travel, gas,
time, etc.
Long Term, they would love to break up the elite programs up as well.
Temecula, Birdsall, Rancho Christian,
Menifee, Alderwood, Underwood Park.
Murrieta, Los Alamos.
131 Rec in Lake Elsinore, and Menifee Combined.
Goal is not volume or size.You can only scale so much. Don't want to be the biggest in So
Cal. And give everyone somewhere an opportunity to play.
Revenue Streams- Camps, clinics, afterschool programs, tournaments. These all subsidize
club and rec.
If they don't make the team they direct them to other programs they offer and recreation
League.
