SUCCESS STORY
A client contacted City Net outreach
team while living in a vehicle with her
partner and working limited hours
after recently securing employment.
She was also connected with
Behavioral Health for support related
to ongoing mental health challenges.
City Net collaborated with Behavioral
Health to coordinate services and
support housing stabilization. With
assistance from her Case Manager, the
client was able to locate an affordable
room for rent.
