COMMENTS #4:
1. Project is required to complete the Preliminary WQMP, TIA, and RCFCWCD reviews prior to
planning commission. If any documents are changed based upon plan check comments, please
provide updated plan sets to the City.
a. Prior to planning commission ensure all plans, including the maintenance exhibit, are
updated to reflect any changes from City maintained to Flood maintained as determined
from their review.
2. Additional comments will follow upon further information provided.
