Gentlemen,
The following is the form elevation certification and setback to property
line certification for the job site referenced above. Forms have been set for the slab pour
of the house and detached garage.
FORM ELEVATION CERTIFICATION
The top-of-form elevation for the house and detached garage,which will also be the
house finished floor and garage stem wall elevations is 1269.80.
The approved grading plan calls.for the house finish floor elevation to be
1269.80 and the garage to be 1268.80. The garage was raised to provide for sufcient
fall of the sewer line to the street.
SETBACK R P T L E T I A I N
Front: The front setback is 20' -7" from the inside face of the forms for the patio
columns (closest point of the structure to the street) to the easterly right-of-way line of
Langstaff Street. (The approved minimum front setback is 20')
Sides: The side setbacks are: 6'-0" from the inside face of the forms to the southerly
sideline of the lot and 141-0" from the inside face of the forms to the northerly sideline

finished building at a minimum of 4% for 5 , and 2% minimum thereafter to the swales,
as shown on the approved plan.
