R. NOW THEREFORE, it is resolved, that the Mayor and. City Clerk 'be and they are here'by autborized to make and execute a good and sufficient quit-claimndeed in the name and on 'behalf of the City of Elsinore, a municipal corporation, to The Mari- posa Company, a corporation, conveying 81\1ch~title as the City of Elsinore may have to the propert7 first above descri'bed and to deliver the same upon receipt of the sum of $700 and a good and sufficient grant deed to the northerly 200 feet of said property~ conveying the title to the same free and clear of all encumbrances except taxes for the fiscal year 1926-27.
