A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
OF ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, ENGAGtNG O'MELVEIIT,
MILLIKIN, TULLER & MACNEIL TO GIVE FINAL OPINION
ON Mt~ICIPAL SEWER BONDS 1924.

WHEREAS, this board heretofore engaged the firm of
O'Melveny, Millikin, Tuller & Macneil, attorneys of the
City of Los Angeles, California, to conduct the proceed-
ings in and give an opinion upon Elsinore Municipal Sewer
Bonds, and the compensation for the usual proceedings in
such matter was fixed at the sum of Three hundred dollars
($300); and
WHEREAS, it has been and is necessary, before the final
opinion in said matter can be given, that said firm do more
than the usual amount of work in such proceedings and said
services so rendered and to be rendered are of the reasonable
value of Five hundred dollars ($500)~
NOW, THERE:E'ORE. said attorneys are hereby engaged and
retained for the conduct of said proceedings and the giving
of a final opinion thereon, wld the compensation for said work
is hereby fixed at the sum of Five hundred dollars ($500).
