WHERKAS the City of Elsinore, a Municipal Corpor'fJ-ton, hl3.s agreed to purchase
the following described property situated in the City Df Elsinore, County Df
Rivorside, 3tate of California, and described 8S follows, tD wit:
Lots 25- 27- 29-31-33-35-37-and 39 in Block,14.Unit No. f Country
Club Heights as shown by map on fil in Book,l1, Pi1.ge.34 , of Maps,record
of Riverside County, California, and LOT 12, Block,6. Unit No.2of Country
Club Heights as shown by map on file in Book,ll, Page 21 of Maps, Records
of Rivel'side County, California, together with the water well located en Park
Way, South of said Lot 12. Block 6 of Unit No.2 of Country Club Heights togeth,H'"
with all rights and pri'tileges in any and u.ll ways appertaining or appurtenant
thereto. Also LOT 305. Unit No.5 or Country Club Heights as shown by Map on
file in Book 12, Page, 76 of Maps,Records of Riverside County, California.
The foregoing described real property is conveyed to the Grantee under
the express conditions that the sa d Grantee shall excavate and cornmence build
a Municipal Water Reservoir on said Lots 25-27-29-31-33-J5~37 and 39. Block,14.
Unit No.3. of Country Club Heights within (3) three years from the date of this
conveyance.
