WHEREAS. Elsinore Municipal Sewer Bonds 1924 were
duly ordered to be issued by Ordinance No~ 176 of said
City and notice inviting sealed proposals for the purchase
of said bonds has been duly published and this 7;30 olclock
P~M., May 11, 1925, at the usual place of meeting of said
board is the time and place fixed for the opening of said
sealed proposals; and

received and the same have
been publicly opened, read and

declared, and the proposal

bidder for said bonds, and said bidder offers par, accrued

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of

eight thousand dollars ($28,000.00), dated July 1, 192411 and
bearing interest at the rate of five and one-half per cent.
