WHEREAS,the Boared of Trustee$ of t1u.e City of Elsinore cUd on the 25th.day of March,1920,duly adopt a Resolution No.78 order- ing the following work to b~ (drone: '1'hat all those parts 01' portions ()f the following described streets within the said City be improved as follows, to wit: That that portion of the roadway of Main Street, lying between the easterly aIid westerly curb lines of said Main Street from the southerly lines of Heald Avenue and King Street to a line 18 feet northerly of and parallel with the center line of Minthorn Street shall be graded to the official grade, and a surface to be constructed thereupon, con- sisting of a 5-inch concrete pave- ment, 18 feet in width (excepting at the intersections with Heald Avenue and King Street. . Street, lying be. tween the northerly. and southerly curb lines of said Minthorn Street, and the easterly prolongation ot the northerly and southerly curb lines of said Minthorn Street at the . intersection w!th ~f.\in.. street, from the westerly curb line of M~in Street to a line a.t right an- gles to thecen ter line of s<\id Mmthorn Street, which line intersects the center line of Minthorn Street at a point 400 feet westerly of the in- tersection with the center lines of Minthorn Street and Spring Street, measured along the_~enter line of_ 1"') j,- said Minthorn Street, shall be grad- ed to the official grade, and a sur- face to be constructed thereupon, consisting o.f a 5-inch cop.crete pavement, 18 feet in width excep~- ing at the intersection with Mam Street where the width shall con- form to the shape and dimensions shown upon the plans hereinafter referred to) , from the westerly curb line of Main Street to a line at right angles to the center line of Minthorn Street, which line inter- sects the center line of Minthorn Street at a point 400 feet westerly of the intersection with the cen-. ter lines of Minthorn Street and Spring Street, measured along the center line of said Minthorn Street; all of said grading and the con- struction of a 5-inch concrete pave- ment shall include all street and alley intersections, and shall be done to the official line and grade and in accordance with the plans, pro- files and cross-sections numbered 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 adopted by Resolu- tion No. 75 of the Board of Trus- tees of the City of Elsinore and on file in the office of the City En- gineer of said City, and in further accordance with Specifications No. 12, adopted by Resolution No. 74 of the Board of Trustees of said City and on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City. That a galvanized corrugated iron culvert, together with concrete end walls ----~,---,--- ----~- and other appurtenances be con- structed at the following locations: a.-Across Main Street along the southerly sides of Fountain Street and Franklin Street; b.-AcrossJ\fa.inStreetal~ng. ., the nortl1erly sides of fountain Street, andPranklin Street; c.~Across Main Street along. the southerly side of Pottery Street; d..-Across MaJn Street along the northerly side of Pottery Street; All of said -Culverts above men- tioned shall be constructed to offi- Cial line and grade and in accord- Ilnce with Plan No.5, adopted by Resolution No. 75 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Elsinore and on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City and in fur- ther accordance with Specifications No. 12, adopted by Resolution No. 74 of the Board of Trustees of said City and on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City. .
