WALKER CANYON UPDATE 2026
As your Council, we want to share a reminder to help protect Walker
Canyon and its habitat:
• A poppy bloom may occur, but a superbloom is not expected due to the
weather conditions.
• Do not attempt to visit poppy viewing areas.
• Respect closures and signage to protect sensitive habitat and ensure
resident safety.
Alternative ways to enjoy the potential bloom: official photos or videos
provided by partner agencies.
Your safety and the protection of this natural treasure are our top
priorities. Please enjoy from a distance.
