Please allow this letter to serve as your Notice to Proceed for the City of Lake CDBG/SB 821
Lakeshore Drive ADA Sidewalk Improvement Project CDBG No. 2.LE.84-22, CIP Z10084.
Leonida Builders, Inc. is authorized to proceed with construction of the project as described in the
contract. Your first working day will be June 9, 2025. In accordance with the Agreement dated
March 25, 2025, you are to complete all work within 40 working days.
