Here you go Justin.
We have 419 participants in Fall spread over 37 teams.
That’s our highest turnout ever for Fall by over 100 (last Fall was 308; our previous record)
It is also our second highest total ever for any season (spring 2022 was 424)
Projections for 2023 Spring.
We are conservatively estimating a 30% jump in Fall to Spring. That is putting us at 545-550.
I’m calculating us closer to 600 with the more than 2 dozen home phases for KB, Richmond America, DR
Horton, Pardee and other builders adding a few hundred more SFR and Multi family homes to the city.
If it’s not on the books, and it really should be by now, we and the other community sport organizations
are going to need more parks very soon.
8k+ new homes in the last 4 years. 2k more in the next 2 years.
And any new park can’t be like what’s going on with Rosetta. It will have to be available for city req use.
I’m hoping our numbers plus LEGS, Thunder, AYSO, Pony, and travel baseball show the explosion of
growth and how much need their really is.

Hi keone,
We request team rosters with names and addresses. This helps verify residency as well as number of
players and teams.
You can include final counts and next seasons projections if you would like. But we can pull final counts
from the team rosters you submit.

Justin and Ben,
What data elements are you looking for on this?
Are you wanting a summary report of final counts? Counts, plus names and ages?
Are you wanting me to include our projections for spring?
Please let me know.

Good evening,
I hope this email finds you well.
As most of you know I have been out of my office for the last 2 weeks, so I wanted to send this email in
part to let everyone know I am back in my office.
With fall seasons underway, we hope you are having a successful start! I am reaching out to remind all
organizations that we need your current rosters. Per our allocation policy, they are required to be
submitted every season. While rosters are meant to help keep field distribution fair based on
organizational need, they also help show field needs and can identify if there is an area that the City is
lacking in field space which could result in the City looking to build new facilities. Current rosters need
to be submitted by Monday September 26, 2022.
Please feel free to email me if you have any questions.
Thank you,
