I'm looking to find the owners information for a local business Eco Express Car Wash.I went to wash my vehicle and my vehicle ended up jumping
the track.When speaking with the associate there at the time she informed me that it does happen from time to time. I filed an incident report and
said I would check back on 1/21 as my son was having surgery on 1/20 and I would not be in the area.I called and spoke with the GM,Giovanni who
plainly stated that they would have an unknown amount of time to conduct their investigation but even then they would not take any responsibility to
the damage to my rim. I requested to speak with the other Manager Jose or the owner and he refused to divulge any information.I'm hoping that I
may get some assistance from the city as this place of business has zero business ethics in how they are dealing with the public aka its customers.I
simply want to speak with the owner of the business as how her employees are operating said business is we below reproach.
