To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act,we hereby request the following records:
This is a request made pursuant to the California Public Records Act(Cal.Gov.Code§6250 et seq.).These records will be used for lawful
informational purposes consistent with the public's right of access to information concerning the conduct of local government agencies.
We are hereby requesting a complete and thorough search of all filing systems and locations for all records maintained by the City of Lake Elsinore
pertaining to its installation,usage,contract,agreement,or otherwise involvement with Flock Group, Inc.(aka Flock Safety)cameras,database,
software,and other related technology installed and used throughout the City of Lake Elsinore.
We are specifically requesting copies of the following:
1.Any and all documents,materials,emails,inquiries,notes,logs,or other records pertaining to the access,retrieval,or review of such photos or
videos by Riverside County Sheriffs Department or the City of Lake Elsinore or any other agency acting on its behalf;
2.Any and all audit logs,access logs,or requests for access to Flock data whether internal or external,including fulfilled and denied requests;
3.Any and all policies,guidelines,procedures,or protocols(draft or final)created,adopted,or used by the City of Lake Elsinore regarding the
operation,monitoring,access,retention,or deletion of information from Flock cameras or related systems.
If any portion of the requested materials is withheld,please provide the specific legal exemption(s)you rely upon and release all reasonably
segregable non-exempt portions as required by Government Code§6253(a).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public,and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees,we would be grateful if you would inform us of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.I would prefer the
request filled electronically,by e-mail attachment.

days,as the statute requires.
