Submit the PWQMP to the Citizen Self-Service Portal here: SelfService Public Site for plan check review. Approval of the PWQMP by an outside plan checker is required to planning commission. a. As stated in the email to the development team on March 12, 2025, the City has coordinated the WQMP processing with Riverside County. The City WQMP should include only the DMAs within the City's jurisdiction. Any offsite areas requiring treatment, as determined necessary by Riverside County, must be addressed in a standalone WQMP and submitted separately to the County for review as required. 2. The project's updated traffic documents are currently under review by the City’s Traffic Consultant. Any comments will be sent directly to the development team. Approval of the traffic documents must be obtained prior to planning commission. 3. It is understood that the developer is currently in review for this development with Riverside County Flood Control. If any comments regarding the proposed floodplain area necessitate a change to design plans by the County, project plans are required to be updated prior to planning approval. Based on current information provided, the City has no further comments at this time. 4. Project will be conditioned to provide the reciprocal access easement record as well as an easement for emergency vehicle access to the project. No further action on this matter will be needed. 5. Project will be conditioned to provide a drainage easement for the property receiving water from the project lot. No further action on this matter will be needed. 6. Additional comments will follow upon additional or new information provided.
