INTRODUCTION:
The purpose of this report is to summarize the post-
development drainage characteristics relative to the
subject property. This project is a proposal to develop a
Business Park on approximately 7 acres on Grand
Avenue in the City of Lake Elsinore.
SIE DESCRIPTION:
The site consists of approximately 7 acres of
disturbed land that is currently vacant. The entire project
site drains easterly to Lake Elsinore.
The Business Park will be developed with 83,000 sf of
buildings, paved access roads and landscaping. All on-
site storm flows will be directed to a LID basin along the
project’s southerly boundary which will capture all the
flows. The storm water will be treated with an infiltration
trench and then released through openings in the block
wall to flow to Lake Elsinore.

-A table of contents
-Design criteria and methodology narrative
-Existing conditions narrative for 10-year and 100-year storm with a table of
findings to include DA-1, DA-2, DA-3, and DA-4,
-Developed conditions narrative for 10-year and 100-year storm with a table
of findings to include DA-1, DA-2, DA-3 and DA-4.
-Summary and conclusion
