Subject: Rome Hill review – traffic memo
We have reviewed the trip generation analysis and VMT screening memo dated April 28, 2025 for the
proposed Rome Hill project on Grand Avenue and have the following comment:
1. It appears the project would also be able to apply the project type screening for the VMT
assessment. Please provide a brief description of the results for applying the TPA and project type
screening criteria to the proposed project.
