Gotcha! No worries. If they could provide an updated cut and fill exhibit, it’d be appreciated. AƩached is what they had
iniƟally, an updated version is recommended. Also, the benchmark info is important, too, because of the floodplain. So,
in summary to determine preliminary engineering feasibility:
Benchmark InformaƟon updated on the grading plans. Include conversion informaƟon if any conversion uƟlized.
Add elevaƟon in feet to the exisƟng contour lines on the grading plan. Every five feet is fine. Cannot properly
review the grading plan without this informaƟon.
Color-coded cut and fill exhibit, similar to the aƩached previously provided exhibit. So, please provide a “heat
map” showing cut extents and fill extents along with associated depths (i.e., rainbow color coded exhibit
displaying extent of depths cut/fill elevaƟons).
o Notate if the hill is geƫng cut at all and confirm that porƟon of cut will only be used to raise the porƟon
outside of the floodplain on the grading plans or on the cut/fill exhibit.
Some general locaƟon of the MDP line that flood is requiring them to construct.

Morning Paul!
The applicant met with Planning prior to submitting these revised plans/scope. It was discussed that
they should hold oƯ on revising their tech studies until we’ve had the chance to review the revised
plans/scope. So my bad for not letting you know that tech studies will be revised/resub once the City
departments have reviewed the feasibility of the revised plans/scope.
