Description:
The proposed project consists of two (2) new warehouse buildings totaling approximately
93,000 square feet with a maximum building height of 29 feet (two-stories). Each warehouse
building contains two tenant suites, and the proposed uses include storage and office. The
proposed project also includes related site improvements such as new parking spaces,
sidewalk, hardscaping, and landscaping. The project’s application request includes a
General Plan Amendment (GPA 2022-01) to change the land use designation to Limited
Industrial (LI), zone change (ZC 2022-02) to rezone the project site to Commercial
Manufacturing (C-M), conditional use permit (CUP 2022-17) to…., and commercial design
review (CDR 2022-12) to allow construction of new commercial buildings. The project site is
currently zoned Commercial Park (C-P), High Density Residential (R-3), and Recreational
(R) and is located along Grand Avenue at the corner of Grand Avenue and Kathryn Way.
