The project consists of two warehouse buildings located at the corner of Grand Avenue and Kathryn Way at APN 371-150-001 and 002. The site plan for this project and the existing water and sewer map is attached as herein. The District has the following comments: • The Developer/Owner will be required to schedule a Due Diligence meeting with the District to discuss the potential sewer and/or water requirements.
