Project Description: The project proposes four (4) new industrial warehouses with office space and mezzanines totaling 83,301 sq. ft. on approximately nine (9) acres within the Lakeland
Village Sphere of Influence. Warehouse 1 will be 12,814 sq. ft., including 2,988 sq. ft. of mezzanine space and 1,788 sq. ft. of office space; warehouse 2 will be 24,307 sq. ft., including
5,786 sq. ft. of mezzanine space and 6,898 sq. ft. of office space; warehouse 3 will be 14,294 sq. ft., including 3,201 sq. ft. of mezzanine space and 3,284 sq. ft. of office space;
warehouse 4 will be 31,886 sq. ft., including 8,662 sq. ft. of mezzanine space and 1,642 sq. ft. of office space. Additional elements proposed include 190 parking spaces, nine (9) ADA
spaces, five (5) standard EVCS spaces, five (5) ambulatory EVCS spaces, and bicycle parking. The project is located along Grand Avenue, at Grand Avenue and Kathryn Way. APNs: 371-150-001
