East Street Anaheim, CA 92805 Tel: (916) 216-9288 Email: guys@buildersmax.com Project Description: Rome Hill Commercial project (PA 2021-19) proposes a General Plan Amendment (GPA 2022-0001) in order to change the site’s land use designation from General Commercial and High Density Residential to Industrial and a Zone Change (ZC 2022-0002) to change the site’s zoning designation from Commercial Park (C-P) and High Density Residential (R-3) to Commercial Manufacturing (C-M). The project also includes a Commercial Design Review (CDR 2022-0012) in order to construct four (4) warehouse buildings ranging in size from approximately 17,300 sq. ft. to 39,600 sq. ft. as well as a Conditional Use Permit (CUP 2022-0017) to allow for the warehouse use in the Commercial Manufacturing zone designation. The project also proposes to utilize a third lot (371-150-016) located in the County of Riverside for parking and drive aisles. Project Location: The project is located north of Grand Avenue between Russel Street and Kathryn Way.
