Nicole started her Lake Elsinore career in May of 2013 as a Management Analyst in the City Manager's office and later promoting to Senior Management Analyst in 2015. In 2018, she became the Assistant to the City Manager, and most recently, in late 2021 became the Deputy City Manager. Over the years, Nicole has also served as the City's Public Information Officer, secured millions of dollars in grant funding that bolstered many City projects and programs, oversaw City homeless services, and led the City's Dream Extreme 2040 Plan, among many other things. Prior to her City employment, Nicole also was a member of the City's Public Safety Advisory Commission beginning in 2007. One of the projects that Nicole was instrumental in bringing to reality was opening a facility, The Anchor, to help manage homelessness needs. The Anchor offers a 90-day crisis stabilization program and is not an i emergency or shelter housing operation. Instead, it is a resting place for chronically homeless people to work toward the acceptance of help and recovery. The Anchor and its related on-site supportive services have been funded by the Homeless Emergency Aid Program and Project Homekey. Overall, Nicole has secured more than $5.5 million. LAKE EL. SINQRE Ah MCI , Nicole has been an integral part of our team, and her absence will be felt throughout the organization. 2 Please join me in congratulating Nicole on her new journey!
