Attendees: City(Johnathan, Jovanny, Beau); Chamber(Kim, Matthew, Malyna)
Jovanny- CM wants us to run with it, do what we need to do.
Site Map, Jovanny created, duck on Pete Lehr. Parking Lot B will be closed from main
B gate to sidewalk via concrete K-rails. Large canopy area in middle of event area for bars
and hang out area. Bars flanking the stage, one under tent, cantaritos to host a bar as well.
They sell micheladas and palomas. Jovanny wants to use the City one, from the derby and
PW yard.
Bar will be served by licensed bartenders, they cannot sell the alcohol, they will hand out
via drink tickets.The security check on IDs and ticket sells will be sold in the same space.
There needs to be random patrols walking around checking individuals with drinks and that
they have a wristband for the consumption of alcohol.

Jovanny- Back to the map, and alcohol, Frias and Jovanny have a mutual contact with
Modelo, they can look at bringing a truck for them. We can chat with them and they bring
their own truck and people pour their own beers. Its digital and only pours what they buy.
Not sure if its available, they will see what is available, or they can just sell canned beers.
Kim-We should reach out to Jason Devor on his vendor list and reach out to individuals this
weekend. The wing festival/competition will be too difficult to pull off this close to the
event.
Johnthan, CM said do what is right for the event success.
Beau-What is the event goal, what are people doing here and for how long?
Jovanny- Lets get the schedule nailed down again.
Thursday, 7/4- Duck is open for no host viewing from 8am -1 pm, free parking in
possibly lot D (sports) or Lot E (artisan) all other lot gates would remain locked. Close lot D
or E at 1 pm. Use for overflow if needed, free in these dirt lots after other lots are full.
Event Parking would open, for cost would begin at 1 pm in Lots A, B, C until -
9:00. B- $20, A and C -$10.
7/4- Event Time-4pm -9:30pm (alcohol 4:00-8:30pm)
Friday, 7/5- Duck is open for no host viewing from 8am -1 pm, free parking in possibly
Lot D (sports) or Lot E (artisan) all other lot gates would remain locked. Close lot D or E at
1 pm.
Jeep Show and Shine from 8am-12pm in parking lot B (limited registration at a
cost, coordinated photo ops, minor vendors (coffee, crepes, donuts), DJ/house music,
registrants would get a Jeep Badge (TBD). Visitors to view would park in lot D or E.
Event Parking would open, for cost would begin at 1 pm in Lots A, B, C
until -9:00. B- $20, A and C- $10.
