on December 9, 1986 a permit was issued to you for the
der,ol3 Lion of a structure located at- above referenced address.
As cF this date the debris has not been removed, which would
nc l ude the pool and all foun:iations. Because of the
'hazardous condition this'has c=:ated, a dog fell into the pool
and perished because it was unable: to get out, children have
been observed playing on the site, and this is an endangerment
to them. We are requesting that you remove all the debris
with-in the next fifteen (15) days or it will be necessary for
the City to contract with a private contractor to do so and
the fees would be charged against you. We would appreciate
your cooperation in this matter.
