appears to be an upgrade or like kind replacement. Unfortunately, we don't know when it was installed or who

Per Sonia, I am including a permit request for a change in walls to an existing room in the same warehouse. The
room in question is currently used as a storage room for machine parts and is located on the adjacent parcel,
377160041 (the same warehouse spans over two parcel numbers). Again, we don't have documentation for the
change: The room has three walls and one of the walls was removed, and a new wall was built where there used
to be an opening. It does not appear there were any changes to the existing electrical or fire sprinklers. The
square footage within parcel ending in -0040 (where the electrical panel) is 15,000 sq ft. The part of the
warehouse on parcel ending in -0041 (where the storage room is located) is 40,000 sq ft. The valuation entered
below is the sum of both parcels.

Inspector.We were notified there was another business within the
business as well as Machine Shop working without a business license.
We informed them they must make the appropriate corrections for fire
and building then they can have their C of O,if they continue to operate
they will be shutdown and issued citations from code.
4. 1 called Adrian,warehouse manager,to figure out why we haven't Ben Barron January 17,2024 12:45 pm
heard anything back since our last compliance in inspection.He has yet
to schedule inspections with Fire or B&S.He said the company is
struggling to pay its bills and owes money to Reep Fire Protection and is
unable to get there 5-year corrections done.He has not attempted to
have plans drawn up for Permit BLDG 2023 02429.1 will be talking with
Building Inspector and Code to see what the next steps will be.BB

Stop Work Order.They were notified after today they will be cited
everyday they are working on-site and we told them what they must fix
to regain compliance. I will be contacting REEP Fire Protection and ask
them to keep me informed on any work they do on the system.
