Pursuant to the California Public Records Act(Government Code§7920.000 et seq.),I respectfully request copies of any and all public records
identifying the ownership,maintenance responsibility,and jurisdiction of the roadway located on and across from my residence at:
33991 Corktree Rd
Lake Elsinore,CA 92532
Specifically, I am requesting:
1.Any right-of-way maps,street ownership maps,or roadway jurisdiction maps identifying whether this portion of Corktree Road is publicly owned or
privately owned.
2.Any documents indicating whether this roadway is maintained by the City of Lake Elsinore,Riverside County,or a private homeowners association
(including Cottonwood Canyon Hills Community Association).
3.Any subdivision maps,dedication records,or acceptance-of-street documents relevant to this location.
4.Any agreements,if applicable,granting a homeowners association authority over parking or traffic enforcement on this roadway.
If these records are maintained by another department or agency,please advise or forward this request accordingly.

as required by law.
