Hello,
My name is Kylie Katsuyoshi,and I work for the City of Gilroy as a Management Analyst.We launched SeeClickFix in March of this year and are
working on refining our internal service level agreements(SLAs)to provide more accurate timelines for responding to service requests.As part of this
effort,we are looking to compare our SLAs with those of other cities.
I am submitting a request under California Public Records Act(Government Code,Division 10,§§7920.000 et seq.)for records related to the
SeeClickFix system.Specifically,I am requesting the following records:
1. A list or description of all service request categories currently used in the SeeClickFix system.
2. Any records,documentation,or data that describe or define the service level agreements(SLAs)associated with each service request category.
How to Find these records in SeeClickFix:
1. Navigate to the'Reports"Tab:
a. At the top of your screen,click on the"Reports"tab to access the relevant section.
2. Capture or Download the Table:
a. Screenshot or Screengrab the Table:
i. Once you are in the'Reports"tab,you will see a table with relevant data.You can take screenshot or screengrab of the table to submit to us as-
is.
b. Download the Table File:
i. In the top-left corner of the'Reports"page locate the download icon.When you hover your mouse over the icon,it will display"Download Table
File."
3. Optional:Modify the Table(if desired):
a. If you wish to customize the data,open the downloaded file and remove any unnecessary columns.
b. Ensure the following columns remain:
i. Request Category
ii. Category SLA Length
iii. Unit of Category SLA Length
