A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE ADOPTING A FINE FOR
VIOLATION OF LAKE ELSINORE MUNICIPAL
CODE SECTION 10.12.130 - OVERSIZED VEHICLE
PARHING
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City Lake Elsinare has duly
adopted Ordinance No. 1187 which provides, among other things, a
prohibition against the parking of oversized vehicles as set forth in Section
10.12.130 of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code (LEMC); and
WHEREAS, Chapter 10.60 of the LEMC provides that where no
specific penalty is provided, violations of the City's parking regulations shall
be treated as infractions subject to Chapter 1.16.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF
LAKE ELSINORE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That a violation of Section 10.12.130 of the LEMC shall
be subject to the following fines:
1. Thirty dollars ($30.00) far the first offense;
2. One hundred dollars ($100.00) for the second offense within a 12
month period following the first offense; and
3. Five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the third and any subsequent
offense within a 12 month period following the first offense.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date
of its passage and adoption.
