Find that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15162, the proposed project would not have a significant effect on the environment, and no new environmental documentation is necessary because all potentially significant effects have been adequately analyzed in an earlier Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 2006-04 (SCH No. 2006071012) and subsequent addendum; 2. COMMISSIONERS' COMMENTS Commissioner Peters thanked the staff for providing detailed staff reports and expressed her appreciation for the variety of residential projects that were presented to the Commission at tonight’s agenda. ADJOURNMENT The Lake Elsinore Planning Commission adjourned at 6:46 p.m. to the next Regular meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in the Cultural Center located at 183 N. Main Street at 6:00 p.m.
