CALL TO ORDER - 5:30 P.M.
The Special Meeting of the City Council was called to order at 5:31 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: 4 - Council Members Sheridan and Manos; Mayor Pro Tem Magee; and Mayor
Tisdale
Absent: 0 - None
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Tisdale led the Pledge of Allegiance.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no speakers.
CLOSED SESSION
1) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL--ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
SIGNIFICANT EXPOSURE TO LITIGATION Pursuant to Paragraph (2) of Subdivision
(d) of Gov’t Code Section 54956.9: (2 Potential Cases)
RECESS
The City Council recessed into Closed Session at 5:32 p.m.
Council Member Manos left the meeting at approximately 6:45 p.m.
RECONVENE
The City Council reconvened at 7:20 p.m.

Acting City Attorney Mann reported that one item was discussed; however, no reportable action
was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
The Lake Elsinore City Council adjourned at 7:22 p.m. to the next Regular meeting of Tuesday,
November 18, 2025 in the Cultural Center located at 183 N. Main Street. Closed Session will
commence at 5:00 p.m. or such later time as noticed on the Agenda, and the regular Open
Session business meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m.
