Recommendation
Present a Certificate of Recognition to Ric Greenwood for their dedicated service as a member
of the Measure Z Citizens Committee.
Background
Ric Greenwood has served diligently from March 23, 2021 through December 31, 2024 on the
Measure Z Citizens Committee, which independently reviews and advises the City on the
expenditure of proceeds generated by the transactions and use tax known as Measure Z. During
his tenure, Mr. Greenwood contributed valuable oversight and guidance to ensure transparency
and accountability in the use of Measure Z funds.
Discussion
Throughout his service, Mr. Greenwood participated in the annual reviews of the City's proposed
and actual Measure Z expenditures and contributed to the preparation of reports submitted to the
City Council. His commitment helped maintain public trust and ensured compliance with the Lake
Elsinore Municipal Code and voter-approved Measure Z requirements.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this recognition.
