Our previous attempts to obtain these documents from the department responsible for procurement were either not acknowledged or we were
instructed to route our request through the Public Records Act process instead.While we are submitting this request under the CPRA for procedural
compliance,we respectfully note that bid documents for public works construction projects requested by a qualified contractor plan room are
specifically governed by Public Contract Code§§10111.2 and 20103.7,not CPRA.
