Dear City Clerk,
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act(Government Code§7920.000 et seq.),I respectfully request access to the following information
regarding commercial cannabis businesses currently permitted within the City of Lake Elsinore:
Active Operators:
Total number of active,locally permitted cannabis businesses,broken down by category(Retail,Cultivation,Manufacturing,Distribution,Testing
Laboratory,Microbusiness,etc.).
Permit and Renewal Fees:
The current annual local permit or license renewal fees for each category,including any additional inspection or processing fees.
Local Cannabis Taxes:
The applicable cannabis tax rates by category(e.g.,percentage of gross receipts,cultivation rate per square foot,etc.).
The required tax reporting frequency(monthly,quarterly,annually)and corresponding due dates.
I would prefer to receive these records in electronic format(via email or downloadable link)if possible.
