Subject: FEE PROPOSAL – RFQ - Building Plan Check and Inspection Services
Willdan Engineering is pleased to present this fee proposal to the City of Lake Elsinore to provide on-
call Building Division consulting services. The rates shown below are all-inclusive. Expedited plan review
will be billed at 1.35x of our rate. Over-time inspections will be billed at 1.5x of our rate.
SERVICE PROVIDED HOURLY RATE
Plan Check Engineer/Architect $145
ICC Certified Plans Examiner $135
Senior Building Inspector $115
Building Inspection $105
CASp Plan Review/Inspection $135
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Permit Technician $ 85
Senior Permit Technician $ 95
Rates will not increase through December 31, 2024. Should the Agreement be extended beyond
December 31, 2024, Willdan may reserve the right to increase rates once per year to the value between
the 12-month % change of the Consumer Price Index for Riverside County area and five percent.
