RELEASE OF NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, a Notice of Administrative Proceedings was recorded on March 12, 1992, as T
instrument number 086015 in Riverside County; and LW
WHEREAS, said Notice of Administrative Proceedings was recorded in favor of the City
of Lake Elsinore (the"City"); and
WHEREAS, said Notice of Administrative Proceedings related to that property known as
assessors parcel number 381-050-002 also described as 15900 Grand Avenue, Lake Elsinore,
California 92530; and
WHEREAS, in furtherance of said Notice of Administrative Proceedings, the City abated
a public nuisance on the property and assessed the cost of such abatement upon the property and
thereafter recorded a Notice of Lien in the amount of $10,715.00 on November 10, 1992, as
instrument number 429377; and
WHEREAS,said Lien amount was paid to the City and the City recorded a Release of Lien
releasing Elsinore Naval &Military School and its successors and assigns from such Lien; and
WHEREAS,the City has no further abatement proceedings completed or pending against
the property.
NOW,THEREFORE and in consideration of the above Recitals,the City of Lake Elsinore
does hereby release Elsinore Naval & Military School and its successors and assigns from the
above-referenced Notice of Administrative Proceedings. The real property hereinabove mentioned
and upon which the Notice of Administrative Proceedings is claimed, is that certain parcel of land
located in the City of Lake Elsinore, County of Riverside, State of California,particularly described
as follows:
