I am requesting access to any available video surveillance footage from Launch Pointe Recreation Destination&RV Park,specifically in the water
play area near the slide,on July 3,2025,between approximately 2:30 PM and 3:15 PM.
During this time,my 9-year-old son was involved in an accident that resulted in serious dental trauma.An incident report was filed with Launch Pointe
management on July 5,2025,and I was advised that relevant video footage may be available and that a Public Records Request would be required
to obtain it.
If the footage is too large to send via email, I am happy to accept a downloadable link or make arrangements to access the file via other means.
