RE: Joint Project Review (JPR) for LEAP No. 2023 -04/Baker Street Industrial Project

In compliance with the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP), I am submitting
the enclosed Joint Project (JPR) application wit h the required $1,500 deposit. Per your
instructions, I’ve e-mailed you the submittal items as required by the JPR application. Please
provide comments on this submittal at your earliest convenience. The City of Lake Elsinore
