Project Description: Pre-application review for the development of a new industrial warehouse complex with
three (3) buildings are 1,287,740 sq. ft. in total gross floor area with 1,161 auto parking
spaces and 281 trailer parking spaces on an approximately 71.43 acre site.
Project Location: The project site is located at the southeast corner of Pierce Street and Baker Street.
APNs: 378-020-014, -015, -016, -028, -029, -030, -031, -036, -037, -038, -039 and -048
Transmittal Request: DRC Meeting is on October 15, 2020. Please provide comments by October 14,
2020.
