The proposed warehouses will be a maximum of 50 feet tall and designed to accommodate up to 10 percent manufacturing and 10 percent cold storage uses. Required entitlement applications include a Zone Change, Industrial Design Review, Tentative Parcel Map, and Conditional Use Permit.
