Project Description: Proposal to construct two (2) new warehouses totaling 1,000,451 sq. ft. and a 453,540 sq. ft.
trailer parking area located southwest of Baker Street and Pierce Street. The project site
encompasses ten parcels totaling approximately 65.81 acres and features 133 dock doors and
399 trailer parking stalls. Required applications include a Change of Zone, Tentative Parcel Map,
Industrial Design Review, and a Conditional Use Permit.
