Project Description: Baker Industrial proposes two new warehouses totaling 985,451SQFT and a 453,540SQFT
trailer parking area located southwest of the intersection of Baker Street and Pierce Street.
The project site encompasses ten parcels totaling approximately 65.81 acres and features
133 dock doors and 399 trailer parking stalls. Required applications include: Change of
Zone, Tentative Parcel Map, Industrial Design Review, and a Conditional Use Permit.
