SUBJECT: PLANNING APPLICATION (PA) NO. 2020-103
BAKER STREET WAREHOUSE – CITY OF LAKE ELSIONRE
EVMWD APPLICATION # 2024-00411-DD
Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (District) received the subject planning application. The
project consists of two new warehouse buildings totaling 1,000,451 SF on 6581 acres located at APN
378-020-14, 012, 015, 016, 028, 029, 030, 031, 036, 037, 039, 048, southeasterly of the intersection of
Pierce Street and Baker Street. The site plan for this project is attached as Exhibit A and the existing
water and sewer map is attached as Exhibit B.
This project attended a Due Diligence Meeting with the District on June 12, 2023, and a Service
Requirements Letter was issued. That letter is still current and is attached as Exhibit C.
