I have reviewed the building and the plans that have been submitted for compliance with the 1998 California Building Code, Section 1117B. After reviewing the appropriate sections; I have concluded that all signs must be in compliance with Sections 11296.6 and Sections 1117B.5. A new sign, in accordance with Section 11298.5, will be erected in the landscape area adjacent the driveway entrance to the project & posted in front of the existing designated parking stalls. All new signs, on the second and first floors, will be updated to conform with the requirements of Section 1117B.5. To the best of my knowledge and belief, the rest of the existing building conforms to the requirements of Accessability to Existing Buildings. SinClprel , Ton >j Be z elo,,Architect A.I.A.
