executed an inspection warrant at 45033 Carla CT at approximately 930am. Front door of
this property was firmly secured. I gain entry to the backyard,through a padlock gate,with a
shoulder charge. Upon entry to the backyard, I observed the first entry into the property
which was the garage side door.This door was also firmly secured,with the adjoining pet
door being blocked by an unattached bedroom door. I made my way around the property,
and came across the sliding back door which was unlocked. I have made entry into the
house to this point,and announce myself as Lake Elsinore Code Enforcement.After
receiving no reply, I cleared all first floor rooms and closets for inhabitants. First floor and
garage,shows no sign of squatter activity. I made a second announcement at Lake Elsinore
code enforcement,as I made my way up to the second floor of the property.Once again, I
cleared all rooms and closets of any inhabitants and took necessary photos of entire
property. Interior of the property is in fairly good condition,and only shows signs of move out
conditions. However,extreme amounts of dead vegetation plague this property. I am
requesting that we move forward with an abatement warrant,to remove all dead vegetation.
