• On February 7, 2024, four potholes were repaired.
• On April 11, 2024, a total of 27 potholes were repaired.
• On September 26, 2024, one pothole was repaired.
Please see answers below:
• Does the City own and maintain the location? If not, who does? Are
there recorded easements? Do multiple entities share the location? YES
CITY MAINTAINS THIS SECTION OF ROAD
• Does the location have a documented history of complaints by
residents? If so, what were they and what was done in response? Please
provide copies of any records regarding same. (SEE ATTACHED)
• Were any traffic/warrant studies undertaken by the City regarding the
location? If so, what were the results? Were any modifications to the
location made? Please provide copies of any reports/records regarding
same.
• Are signed, as-built plans available for this location. If so, please provide
copies of them.
• Can you please send me a copy of the Traffic Collision Report?
• Can you please send me photos taken by the police as the scene of the
loss?
Please note that during the time of the accident, construction was ongoing due to
the housing development.Without the police report, we are unable to determine
how the accident occurred or the exact cause. I would reach out to engineering for
further details.
