Good afternoon, Cameron,
I received a call from a resident near the Alberhill development regarding the rocks
that are being left in the road from trucks. She stated that in the last two weeks she
has had two windshields be cracked/broken from rocks flying up from the road
totaling $1800.
The citizen, would like to know if the builders can be made to keep the
road clear of rocks to prevent this from happening. Additionally, she wishes to know if
they can be held accountable for the damages done to her vehicle.
