WATER SYSTEM ANALYSIS REPORT SUPPLEMENT For Corydon Commercial Center TR37977 Parcels 5 & 6 APN 370-050-038 — 370-050-039 Corydon Street Lake Elsinore, CA 92530 The County of Riverside Prepared By: Stanley, D. The original design for the water system at Corydon Gateway Commercial Center Phase 2 has been revised.The system is now looped 8" pvc and no longer requires 12" line.The connections and demand requirements have remained the same. A domestic usage of was determined using EVMWD's design standard of 2,500 gpd/ac, as seen in the table below. This Addendum to the approved Water System Analysis shows the proposed 8" loop system adequately conveys the combined fire and domestic flow of 2,514gpm with a residual pressure of 40psi. The pipes were modeled using the following Hazen-Williams coefficients: Material Hazen-Williams Coefficient Ductile Iron 120 PVC 130 CSC 110 The respective values are the average values regardless of age, as provided by the WaterCAD software material library. The Hazen-Williams coefficients associated with minor losses were selected using the respective WaterCAD values associated with each type of minor loss. Refer to the ensuing scenarios for summations of minor loss coefficients for each reach of pipe.
