Pursuant to Lake Elsinore Municipal Code Title 8 Chapter 8.18.130, under the authority
contained in the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code Title 8 Chapter 8.18.130, all costs of abatement
of the nuisance, including all costs of enforcement, if any, as confirmed by Lake Elsinore City
Council, may be assessed and recorded as a special assessment and lien against the above
described real property which shall be collected at the same time and in the same manner as
ordinary property taxes are collected and shall be subject to the same penalties and the same
procedure for foreclosure and sale in case of delinquency as provided for ordinary property
taxes. After recordation, the lien may be foreclosed by judicial or other sale in the manner and
means provided.
