1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was called to order
by Chairman Matson at 10:18 P.M.

PRESENT: BOARDMEMBERS: DOMINGL'EZ, MATSON, VERMILLION, WINKLER,
STRIGOTTE
ABSENT: BOARDMEMBERS: NONE
Also present were: Executive Director Molendyx, Agency Counsel
Harper, Assistant City Manager Gilbert, Community Development Dir-
ector Miller, Community Services Director Barrick, City Engineer
Keith and Clerk of the Board Oliver.
3, MINUTES
THE FOLLOWING REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES WERE APPROVED AS PRESENTED:
A. June 24, 1986 - Regular Agency Meeting
B. July 8, 1986 - Regular Agency Meeting
4� EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT
Mr. Moiendyk requested an update from Agency Counsel regarding
the sale of bonds and tax increment financing rela--ed to existing
project areas.
Mr. Harper reported that at the first Redevelopment Agency Board
meeting in August, he would present resolutions of authority and
at the second August meeting, resolutions authorizing sale of bonds.
Bonds and funds should be received prior to September 1, 1986.
Also at the August 12th meeting, the Board wi-1 be pesented with a
proposal to hire a consultant to proceed with formal annexation.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS - None.

CONCUR WITH CITY COUNCIL ACTION AND APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. CRA 86-3,
SUPPORTING THE FORMATION OF THE 1986 ELSINORE VALLEY BENEFIT ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT BY THE RIVERSIDE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CON-
SEI�VATION DISTRICT.
